This role requires a proactive leader who can foster strong relationships, negotiate collaborations, and expand the clinic’s market presence within the beauty and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Growth:
• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive client acquisition and revenue expansion.
• Identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive positioning to strengthen Nouvelage Clinics’ presence.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align business growth initiatives with branding and promotional efforts.
Partnership Development & Relationship Management:
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with beauty brands, wellness influencers, clinics, and industry leaders.
• Negotiate and oversee collaborations, sponsorships, and co-branded initiatives that align with the clinic’s objectives.
• Develop corporate partnerships and B2B collaborations to attract VIP clientele, medical tourism, and high-end beauty services.
Client Acquisition & Retention:
• Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to enhance client engagement and retention strategies.
• Implement customer loyalty programs, referral incentives, and exclusive memberships to increase long-term customer value.
• Drive lead generation initiatives, ensuring a seamless client journey from inquiry to conversion.
Event & Brand Activation:
• Plan and execute exclusive events, workshops, and industry networking sessions to promote Nouvelage Clinics.
• Oversee participation in trade shows, beauty expos, and corporate wellness programs to boost brand visibility.
• Work with the marketing team to develop campaigns tailored for partnership promotions and collaborations.
Revenue & Performance Tracking:
• Monitor KPIs, business performance metrics, and partnership ROI to optimize strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on market trends, competitor activities, and business growth projections.
• Develop pricing and service bundling strategies to maximize revenue potential.
Requirements Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the beauty, healthcare, or luxury services industry.
• Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in B2B collaborations, influencer partnerships, and strategic alliance management.
• Knowledge of market trends, digital sales funnels, and customer engagement strategies.
• Results-driven mindset
Minimum 3 years of experience in Partnerships.
Proven track record of successfully collaborating with multinational brands.
Strong existing relationships with key industry players and influencers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
