As an Area Manager at Nouvelage Clinics, you will oversee the operations, sales performance, and customer experience across multiple clinic locations in Cairo and Giza. This role requires a strategic leader who can ensure operational excellence, drive business growth, and maintain high standards of service quality in alignment with Nouvelage Clinics’ brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Performance Management:
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple clinics, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and service excellence.
• Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures to maintain consistency across all branches.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and industry regulations in all clinic locations.
Sales & Business Growth:
• Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals for each clinic within the designated area.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Support clinic managers in executing lead generation, cross-selling, and client retention initiatives.
Customer Experience & Brand Standards:
• Ensure a high-quality customer experience, addressing client concerns and maintaining service excellence.
• Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and brand reputation.
• Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure that all locations meet Nouvelage Clinics’ standards.
Team Leadership & Development:
• Lead, train, and support clinic managers and staff, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and training programs to enhance team efficiency.
• Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork, motivation, and professional growth.
Reporting & Strategic Planning:
• Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and operational efficiency across locations.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, offering recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to drive regional expansion and brand visibility.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Set goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with the company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates.
- Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Receive complaints and resolve problems.
- Settle reception team schedule.
- Train receptionists for excellent customer service.
Operations Management:
- Achieve the sales target.
- Inventory follow up and monitoring.
- Coordinate medical and non-medical training with Head office and medical director.
- Branch events arrangement.
- Deal with pharmaceutical companies.
- Responsible for the full patient journey and to assure they are getting the best experience
- Encourage the customers to add their review on Google maps
- Generate marketing material from patients by asking them for photos & review on their accounts
Business Development:
- Acquire one new account weekly to join our B2B network to increase the traffic
- Account could be retail chains or big corporates, to be aligned with BD Manager
Administrative & Reporting:
- Pass on information from the upper management to empolyees and vice versa
- Prepare and submit performance reports.
- Follow up doctor’s target sheets
- Documentations and doctors work flow on Odoo system.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a managerial role within the beauty, healthcare, wellness, or retail industries.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in multi-unit management.
• Proven ability to drive sales performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
