As the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Nouvelage Clinics, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and overseeing the company’s strategic vision and long-term growth plans. Working closely with senior leadership, you will identify business opportunities, drive innovation, and ensure the clinic remains at the forefront of the healthcare and beauty industry. Your role will focus on market expansion, business development, operational efficiency, and strategic partnerships to enhance the clinic’s competitive position.
Requirments Skills:
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or executive leadership roles, preferably in the healthcare, beauty, or wellness industry.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful business strategies and market expansion plans.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams, partnerships, and high-level business negotiations.
