Job Summary: 

 We are seeking a friendly, well-groomed, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our beauty clinic. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, manage client appointments, handle front-desk operations, and ensure a welcoming and organized reception area that reflects the clinic’s high standards. 

Key Responsibilities: 

 Greet clients warmly and ensure a pleasant front-desk experience 

 Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently 

Confirm and manage daily bookings using the clinic’s scheduling system 

Provide clients with accurate information about services, promotions, and treatments 

Coordinate with therapists and service providers to ensure smooth operations 

Handle payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate records of transactions 

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting areas 

Assist with daily opening and closing procedures of the clinic 

Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and stock coordination 

Follow all clinic protocols regarding hygiene, privacy, and customer service 

Requirements: 

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a beauty clinic, spa, or hospitality industry 

 Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

Presentable, with a polished and professional appearance 

Proficient in using booking systems and Microsoft Office 

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 

Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with a calm demeanor
