As a Front Desk Receptionist at Nouvelage Clinics, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and seamless experience. Your role will involve handling appointments, inquiries, client check-ins, and administrative tasks while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Client Relations:
• Greet and welcome clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Provide information about clinic services, treatments, and promotions.
• Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.

Appointment Scheduling & Coordination:
• Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations efficiently.
• Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and specialists to ensure a smooth patient flow.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date schedule for all clinic services.

Administrative & Front Desk Operations:
• Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate client records, medical forms, and payment details.
• Process payments and invoices, ensuring billing accuracy.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary materials.

Collaboration with Clinic Teams:
• Work closely with the medical, sales, and operations teams to ensure seamless service.
• Assist in promotional events, patient follow-ups, and client retention initiatives.
• Support the clinic team with any additional administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements Skills

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma in administration, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role (preferably in a clinic, spa, or beauty center).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software.
• A professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
