As the Head of Branches at Nouvelage Clinics, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations, performance, and growth of all clinic locations. Your role will involve ensuring operational excellence, driving revenue, maintaining high service standards, and leading teams to deliver a premium client experience. This position requires a strategic leader with a strong background in multi-branch management, business growth, and operational efficiency.Strategic Leadership & Business Growth:
• Develop and implement a growth strategy for Nouvelage Clinics’ branches, aligning with business objectives.
• Identify market expansion opportunities, optimize clinic performance, and ensure sustainable revenue growth.
• Collaborate with senior management to establish KPIs, performance targets, and operational benchmarks.

Branch Operations & Performance Management:
• Oversee daily operations across all clinic locations, ensuring consistency in service quality and operational efficiency.
• Implement standardized policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with healthcare and industry regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and performance evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and innovation.

Sales & Revenue Optimization:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize profitability across branches.
• Monitor branch performance metrics, customer acquisition rates, and retention strategies.
• Support clinic managers in driving sales, enhancing service offerings, and optimizing pricing strategies.

Customer Experience & Brand Consistency:
• Ensure a luxury, high-end client experience at every branch, maintaining Nouvelage Clinics’ brand standards.Team • Manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost optimization across all locations. Leadership & Development:
• Lead, mentor, and support clinic managers and staff across all locations.
• Conduct training programs, performance reviews, and leadership development initiatives.
• Foster a culture of excellence, motivation, and collaboration within all branches.

Reporting & Financial Oversight:
• Track financial performance, operational costs, and revenue streams for each branch.
• Provide data-driven insights and reports to senior management, recommending strategic improvements.
• Manage budgets
• Implement customer engagement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Monitor client feedback and service trends to continuously improve the customer journey.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in multi-branch management, preferably in the beauty, healthcare, or wellness industry.
• Strong expertise in business growth, sales strategies, and operational leadership.
• Proven track record of driving revenue, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment with a focus on luxury service standards.
