Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, attract and retain clients, and drive business growth. This role involves overseeing all marketing campaigns, digital platforms, events, promotions, and market research to ensure alignment with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and campaigns to promote the company’s services and increase brand visibility.
Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, performance feedback, and development support.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Manage and optimize the company’s digital presence, including website, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
Plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and partnerships to drive engagement and sales.
Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and media outlets for advertising and PR.
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure return on investment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, trends, and analytics platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and strong business acumen.
Experience in healthcare, beauty, or service-based industries is an advantage.
