As the Strategic Marketing Manager at Nouvelage Clinics, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning, attract high-value clients, and drive business growth. This role requires a visionary leader who combines analytical thinking with creativity to optimize marketing efforts and ensure a competitive edge in the beauty and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning:
• Develop and implement long-term marketing strategies aligned with Nouvelage Clinics’ business goals.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to refine brand messaging.
• Position Nouvelage as a premium beauty and wellness brand, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

Data-Driven Campaign Planning & Execution:
• Create and oversee performance-based marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Utilize data analytics and consumer behavior insights to refine targeting and messaging.
• Optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing.

Business Growth & Client Acquisition:
• Develop strategic partnerships with influencers, media, and industry professionals to expand reach.
• Implement lead argets.

Innovation & Digital Transformation:
• Leverage the latest AI-driven marketing tools, automation, and analytics for campaign optimization.
• Introduce new digital marketing techniques to enhance customer experience and brand loyalty.
• Stay ahead of beauty and aesthetics industry trends to maintain a competitive advantage.

Budgeting & Performance Tracking:
• Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently for maximum impact.
• Track KPIs and marketing performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Present data-driven reports and strategic recommendations to senior management.

  • Experience:
    Minimum 7 to 8 years of experience in digital marketing, & must have at least 4 to 5 years of experience in the healthcare, wellness, or beauty industry.
  • Expertise:
    Proven experience in managing and executing social media campaigns, media buying, SEO/SEM, and email marketing. Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other paid advertising platforms is essential.
  • Education:
    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Additional certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint) are a plus.
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, etc.), email platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot), and CRM systems.
  • Creative & Analytical:
    A mix of creativity and data-driven thinking. Ability to conceptualize creative campaigns while analyzing data to make informed decisions.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Strong understanding of the healthcare or beauty industry, including trends, regulations, and customer behavior.
  • Communication:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create compelling content and communicate effectively across teams.
  • Team Player:
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
