Regulatory Compliance & Quality Assurance:

• Address any compliance issues and work with authorities to ensure legal adherence across all clinic locations.
Medical Staff Leadership & Training:
• Lead and manage doctors, nurses, and medical support staff, ensuring they meet professional standards.
• Organize training programs, continuous medical education (CME), and skill enhancement workshops.
• Conduct performance evaluations and mentorship programs to improve medical expertise and teamwork.
Patient Safety & Experience Enhancement:
• Develop and enforce patient safety protocols, ensuring a risk-free and comfortable experience.
• Address patient concerns, medical complaints, and escalations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Work with other departments to ensure a seamless patient journey, from consultation to post-treatment care.
Medical Inventory & Equipment Management:
• Oversee the procurement and maintenance of medical equipment, supplies, and pharmaceutical stock.
• Ensure the availability of necessary materials while maintaining cost efficiency and quality control.
Collaboration with Business & Marketing Teams:
• Work alongside business and marketing teams to align medical services with market demand and client needs.
• Provide medical insights for the development of new treatment offerings and innovations in patient care.
