The Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies across various platforms to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and engage with the target audience. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of social media trends and analytics. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with marketing goals. 

 Manage day-to-day content creation and scheduling across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). 

 Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and online community. 

 Collaborate with the design and marketing team to produce high-quality visual and written content. 

 Track and analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports. 

 Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends. 

 Manage social media advertising campaigns and optimize for performance. 

 Coordinate with influencers or brand ambassadors when applicable. 

Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field. 

Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role. 

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content planning. 

 Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills. 

Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later). 

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects. 

Creative mindset with attention to detail. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

Experience in paid social campaigns and influencer marketing. 

 Knowledge of basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite). 

 Previous work experience in [industry, e.g., beauty, retail, hospitality].
